Vanessa Isobel, Event Planner

Palm Beach based, Vanessa is our Lead Planner of South Florida, working with hi-end clientele mostly focused in Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Miami. Sisters with Veronica, Vanessa began her career in hospitality at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach where she developed a keen eye for beautiful space design and decor. Always leaning toward the wedding industry and knowing that her talent in event planning was waiting to explode, Vanessa's calling to help clients celebrate with perfection around them arrived with a bang. She is a creative wiz and hones a flawless skillset in project management. With a sky-rocketing imagination for lifestyle events, she never ceases to delight her enchanted clients. She comes with a combination of fresh thinking and hi-end experience always ready to service the next most elite occasion of the world.

Born in Oxford, England, married at the Brazilian Court, and also raised both in South America and in the United States, Vanessa comes with a very cultured perspective for all backgrounds to relate to. She has a reputation for excellence, energy and diligence. No one does more research with efficacy than she does. She specializes in detail and ambiance. She thrives in the vibrant and fast-paced event industry, which suits her driven and determined personality and she has an innate need to be surrounded by beautiful celebrations. Vanessa is particularly passionate in listening perceptively to others and coming up with ideas and solutions to any problems or questions they may have - and she does so creatively and articulately. With one eye focused on the elite, she is a mother of three and is known for the most exquisite children's events leaving every child waiting for her next production. Sara Carolina, Event Planner

LA based, and a Vegas expert, Sara is a production, management, event planning guru, working seamlessly with any event concept between the world of large hollywood productions, to talent scouting, to top tiered weddings, to mastering the performing arts on many platforms. Sara simply has the gift for "showtime". Blue Ivy clients gain a wholehearted Planner by their side regardless of the size and budget. Sara has always been in the entertainment industry bringing over 15 years of event experience, from scouting talent, managing entertainers, producing celeb hosted award shows, planning destination weddings to owning her own entertainment agency at one point, Breathless Entertainment. She soon realized Event Planning was the crux of it all where she then joined Blue Ivy the day it's LA-doors opened. She brings a very seasoned skillset in planning every single detail, understanding implications, focusing on creating 'art' with a bang, and fostering excellent relationships with a diverse level of clients: from high-profile celebs to everyone in between.

Educated with a BFA in Dance from New York City's Marymount Manhattan College, Sara is fully aware of what it takes to put on an event as she has gracefully been onstage and behind the scenes for years, for top tier events and shows such as Vegas' Jubilee!, L'Oreal promotions, to the Terry Fator Show, from runway for Lamborghini to Tommy Bahama, from working on TV with folks like Access Hollywood and Spike TV, to producing shows like Inspiration Awards for Women USA, Sara has road mapped her way to understanding the industry and has specially fallen in love with producing and planning special occasions in couple's lives for their BIG DAY: weddings! If there is anyone who wears their heart on their sleeve for their clients, it's Sara: always treating her clients like family and always working above and beyond, making sure everything brings no excuses. Michelle Elizabeth, "Day of" Management

Michelle started her career in copywriting and graphic design where she quickly realized the power of a well-laid plan. After graduating from Florida State University she pursued a career in marketing communications and brand management. She later received a Masters from Emerson College in integrated marketing communications where she produced numerous marketing campaigns and credits her planning success to her limitless ideas and boundless energy.

Today, as a passiontate DAY OF Lead Manager Michelle leverages her love of culture and design to manage intimate, personalized settings for clients who desire a striking and distinguished event. Interpreting what you want at your event and bringing it to life is Michelle's passion. She is exceptional at defining sophistication in every line of the venue whether the event takes place at your residence or at a rented venue. Each detail carries meaning. Each meaning is moving and captivating, leaving your guests wanting more. Working with any size event Michelle understands the focus, professionalism, design, and leadership that DAY OF Management and Coordination demands. Her services span from corporate to family events.

Lindsey Lee , "Day Of" Management

Lindsey was technically "born" at Blue Ivy after she consistently proved how valuable she was to our clients. Lindsey graduated from Elmira College with a B.S. in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Management and became a very pro-active intern at Blue Ivy where she was quickly put to the test to perform many high-pressured projects behind-the-scenes for a year. She simply kept on excelling to a point that we simultaneously brought her out to the field to assist Veronica (Owner of Blue Ivy) through an entire season's worth of events in New England and she made it abundantly apparent that her inner "rock-star" oozed event coordination all over her. After an intense training we are so proud to have her lead some of our biggest events of the season. Our clients love Lindsey and we have received only the kindest of remarks from those who have benefited from her talent in managing some of the most complicated and logistically heavy events.

Lindsey is experienced with events that cater from kids' parties to weddings to funerals, but she mainly specializes in weddings simply because she loves them: and well, she's good at it! A true "people-person", Lindsey shares her calm, dedicated and cheerful personality with you and your guests, while leading your group, managing vendors, confirming a happy host, keeping her eyes on the clock and saving the day with any spontaneous news to be faced with. She is a solid foundation that can't be compromised and her professionalism, along with her sleeve's-up mentality has made her a hero at some of the best of events we've catered to. Lindsey continues to assist the team with other DAY OF events, leads her own events and works on special projects throughout the year.
